Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry analyzing business and technical processes
- Experience with business process modeling
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements and specifications in alignment with project goals and business strategies.
- Strong skills in data analysis, identifying trends and insights, and developing KPIs and metrics for project evaluation.
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams to design and propose business solutions, including cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
- Proficiency in supporting project management activities such as project planning, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to review and validate solutions through quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
