Mandatory Qualifications:

1. minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
2. Three (3) years of FTE experience in data governance principles and best practices, establishing and enforcing data policies, and data cataloging, with demonstrated proficiency in data cataloging tools and platforms
3. Three (3) years of FTE experience with metadata management, data profiling, data quality assessment, defining and implementing metadata standards.
4. Three (3) years of FTE experience in project management to plan and execute data cataloging projects.
5. Experience in training end-users and creating comprehensive documentation.
6. Strong knowledge of health care data privacy and security regulations including HIPAA, with the ability to ensure adherence
7. Possession of a bachelor’s degree.
