Lume Consulting Group is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist with expert knowledge and experience working with and implementing various Enterprise Technologies and processes related to Information Technology Operations (ITOps), Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOPs), and Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) with a focus in Operations Management, Cloud Management, Network Management, Service Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Automation, and Infrastructure Security.
Minimum Qualifications:
Within the last 6 years Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years' experience providing service and support within large, diverse enterprise environments
•Within the last 6 years Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years' experience working with and implementing a variety of IT solutions and services related to supporting IT operations in the areas of service management, cloud management, network management, data center automation, event management, performance optimization, remote workforce tools, and security best practices
•Within the last 6 years Demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years' experience working with and implementing various infrastructure, application, performance, and security monitoring solutions
•Within the last 6 years Demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in and with deploying, managing, maintaining, and enhancing various Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Azure cloud services and features
•Within the last 10 years Demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years' experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining various IT technologies including network infrastructures, virtualization platforms, identity management solutions, application, and data security services, data backup and disaster recovery programs, and the management of large data and file storage platforms
•Within the last 10 years Demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years' experience managing diverse enterprise projects using various project management methods and tool
Desired Experience:
- Have a strong understanding of IT concepts, practices, methods, principles, and governance.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working with Azure Site Recovery and other cloud recovery services.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in various aspects of Microsoft O365 and Azure cloud services.
- Extensive Microsoft O365 administrative experience and skills managing Microsoft Azure using PowerShell.
- Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Groups, Stream, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft O365 products.
- Knowledge and experience managing and supporting Mobile Devices and various Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- A thorough working knowledge of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) concepts and experience working with a wide variety of networking equipment.
- Experience provisioning and deploying enterprise IT applications – COTS, MOTS, or custom-developed solutions with a strong foundation of relational databases in the cloud and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge and experience installing and managing Microsoft Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers.
- Ability to Facilitate communication and coordination between various levels of technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong technical writing abilities to create, document, and present standards and technical strategies.
