ServiceNow Engineer:

MUST HAVE:

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification – Human Resources Service Delivery Implementation
• ServiceNow in System Admin Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years IT – 3 years lead
• MUST HAVE 3 years’ Service Now experience:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proven experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) for timekeeping and project management within ServiceNow.
• Strong background in developing custom workflow applications and configuring/installing new ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in creating and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database schema and querying techniques is essential.
• Experience in defining data mapping between Oracle databases and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub for connecting and integrating with other systems.
• Proficiency in working with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs.
• Desirable:
  • Service Now Certified Technical Architect
