Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Description
The consultant will be performing OCM activities in a large and complex IT system development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OCM plan for a highly complex IT project
- Develop to-be business process models
- Plan and implement change management communications
- Plan and implement training within the change management context
- Perform OCM activities for migrating from the “as is” to the “to be” business processes
Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience in OCM role on complex IT Projects
- At least two (2) years of experience in a primary OCM role on a California State Project
- Prosci Change Management Certification, or similar OCM certification desired
