Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Ten (10) years' experience in driving organizational change and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives
- Ability to navigate and overcome resistance to change while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, build consensus, and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
