Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Seven (7) years of experience as a program manager, overseeing the implementation of complex organizational strategies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure alignment with overarching business goals
- Experience with developing program roadmaps and tracking outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to establish and operate a governance structure defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and reporting lines for effective oversight of IT projects.
- Proficiency in implementing performance measurement tools and techniques to track project progress against KPIs and providing detailed reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
