Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience performing Project Management in the lead role for large–scale, IT projects, for the State of CA or local government agencies.
• Two (2) years of hands-on, direct experience in leading the development of the State of California government IT project’s project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation and feasibility study reports (FSRs).
• One (1) year of experience writing Economic Analysis Worksheets (EAWs) or Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs) for State IT projects following SIMM 19B guidelines.
• Two (2) years of experience developing formal solicitation documents for state entities on cloud-based (SaaS or PaaS) IT solutions and integration services.

PMP Certification is required
