Description

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from an accredited university or at least ten (10) years of code deployment, environment support, and/or batch execution in multi-staged environments that include user acceptance, performance, pre-production, and disaster recovery environments.

2. At least thirty-six (36) consecutive months of hands-on release management, environment support, and/or batch execution experience in large enterprise system environments and/or Government Pension environments demonstrating at least one of the following:

a. Facilitated change management relationships between the Change and Release management team and technical production operations and development teams. b. Operated at an advisory level, consistently interacting with IT and line-of-business senior management to improve Release management processes. c. Understanding of batch execution needs for both testing and operations in a large application

3. At least 3 years of experience in the last ten (10) years demonstrating working across various technology platforms such as Applications Middleware and Infrastructure.

4. At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server to manage software versions and/or releases.

5. Experience developing and executing rollback and recovery mechanisms for batches and/or deployments in one or more large projects during the last 3 years

Desirable Technical Qualifications

1. Knowledge of business functions performed by pension organizations, including but not limited to: a. Pension Administration b. Financial/Accounting c. Public Retirement Benefits d. Information Technology

2. Familiarity with the Sagitec solution known as Neospin and previous experience working on a Neospin implementation.

3. Experience with pension industry commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products required for transformation project success, with a preference for knowledge of the Neospin framework.

4. Experience coordinating with remote data centers and disaster recovery sites.

5. Experience planning and coordinating performance testing activities.

6. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.

7. Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.

8. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

9. Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.

10. Ability to work collaboratively with technical staff and other project managers.

11. Ability to develop detailed technical project schedules.

12. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
