Lume Consulting Group a Sacramento based IT consulting company is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Senior Project Manager (Quality Assurance Project)
Must have experience with federal, state, and/or local government entities
Must have experience with The California Department of Technology (CDT) has adopted the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL)
Mandatory Qualifications:
A. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last ten (10) years providing Quality Assurance (QA) or best practice compliance analysis services to federal, state, and/or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:
i. Experience providing consulting services for the development or best practice compliance analysis of one or more CDT Project Approval Lifecycle Stage 3 and Stage 4 projects.
ii. Developing QA monthly activity and task reports
iii. Performing Requirements Traceability Matrices analysis
iv. Possess in-depth experience with State of California I.T. procurements (e.g., RFP, IFB, RFO, etc.).
B. A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in the last ten (10) years performing QA services on a large-scale I.T. system development project. Large-scale is defined as a project with at least one thousand (1,000) end users and a cost of at least twenty-five (25) million dollars.
C. A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in all the following:
a. Schedule management in Microsoft Project
b. Risk and Issue Management
c. Stakeholder Management
d. Scope and Change Management
e. Business Process review and gap analysis
D. A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience planning and managing a Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation project.
E. Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
F. Must possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Desirable Qualifications:
A. Possess a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
B. Possess a current Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the PMI.
