Mandatory Qualification

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Qualifications

Four (4) years of Senior Software Engineer experience performing the following tasks:

• Reviewing application remediation plans and collaborating with other technical resources to understand system changes and potential impacts.
• Developing test plans and test cases for application changes, component updates, security remediation, and application operation in new environments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to document test cases, execute test cases, and document defects.
• Documenting test cases.
• Performing test functions to validate application operations in new environments.
• Developing UAT plans and validate them with stakeholders.
• Leading technical and business staff through unit, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing activities.
• Executing test cases and documenting defects.
