Senior ServiceNow Developer HRSD (Remote)

Description

Lume Consulting Group a Sacramento based IT consulting company is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive the technical strategy and execution of ServiceNow, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) projects. This role requires ServiceNow HRSD certification, experience leading Agile teams, and strong skills in system design, rest APIs, and testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful platform deployment.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities Senior Technical Lead:

Develop functional and technical requirements.
Develop, groom, and size user stories.
Lead and manage daily sprint standups and weekly product demos.
Oversee internal unit testing before Client User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare the Client for go-live, including checklist reviews and associated activities.
Conduct knowledge transfer activities between the Contractor and the Client.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (MQs):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
- 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes, with 5+ years in a lead role.
Desirable Qualifications (DQs):
- Master’s or doctorate degree in IT or Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience aligning IT systems, with 7+ years in a lead capacity.
