Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent experience (12+ years total if no degree).

Must Have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

8+ years aligning IT systems with business processes, including 5+ years in a lead capacity.

3+ years applying IT-governance principles to design, maintain, and enhance mission-critical systems and specifications.

3+ years architecting, developing, and implementing secure n-tier solutions (web applications, databases, COTS platforms).

3+ years creating end-user training content, performing data analysis/reporting, drafting policies, and applying full system life-cycle methods in dynamic environments.

4+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.

5+ years developing training resources, conducting analysis/reporting, and applying system life-cycle management practices.

5+ years with Agile/Scrum delivery, COTS support, multi-tier databases, scripting/debugging, deployment, and technical team coordination.

3+ years covering architecture, design, installation, configuration, operations, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems/applications (including discovery, administration, and sustainment).

3+ years analyzing and resolving defects and production incidents in medium- to large-scale applications.
