- ServiceNow Certified: System Administration is Mandatory
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
Service Now Engineer
• Minimum five (5) years FTE in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) • Minimum five (5) years FTE experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• Minimum three (3) years of the above experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Minimum of two (2) years in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• ServiceNow Certified: System Administration
• Experience developing workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow development experience implementing custom workflow applications and installing/configuring new ServiceNow modules.
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
Desired:
• ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery Implementation Certification
• ServiceNow Certified: Human Resources Service Delivery Implementer
