ServiceNow HRSD Developer - Remote

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related or Engineering field or equivalent experience (if no degree, 12 years total experience must be shown).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• 8 years aligning IT systems with business processes, with ≥ 5 years in a lead role.
• 3 years applying IT‑governance principles to build/maintain complex, mission‑critical systems and their specifications.
• 3 years designing, developing and implementing secure n‑tier architectures (web apps, databases, COTS solutions).
• 3 years creating end‑user training materials, doing data analysis/reporting, drafting policies, and applying full systems‑life‑cycle methods in fast‑paced settings.
• 4 years hands‑on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• 5 years developing training materials, performing analysis/reporting, and applying systems‑life‑cycle management.
• 5 years with Agile/Scrum, COTS support, multi‑tiered database work, scripting, debugging, deployment, and coordination of technical teams.
• 3 years covering architecture, design, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems/applications (including discovery, administration and sustainment).
• 3 years analyzing and resolving bugs and production incidents for medium‑/large‑scale applications
