ServiceNow HSRD Business Solution Analyst - Remote

• Bachelor’s degree
• Any ServiceNow HRSD certification (certificate required)
• 5 years eliciting, defining, and documenting functional, business, and user requirements
• 5 years performing analysis for business‑process improvement and application design
• 5 years documenting business / application workflows & use‑cases or user stories
• 3 years leading / working within cross‑functional teams (SMEs, architects, developers, testers)
• 5 years working in an Agile‑based IT environment
• 4 years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
•  3 years analyzing & resolving bugs/production incidents for medium‑ to large‑scale applications
• 2 years producing deliverables such as M&O manuals, procedural manuals, and training/reference material
• 2 years facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) or other collaborative design sessions
• 5 years performing business‑analysis tasks within a state department or other public agency involving multiple vendors
