This is a contract role for a Digital Strategy Lead / Principal Consultant. This remote role is based in the Greater Sacramento area. The Digital Strategy Lead / Principal Consultant will be responsible for developing digital strategies and consulting on technology initiatives. Duties include conducting assessments, creating project plans, leading project execution, and managing change management programs to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
Mandatory Requirements:

10+ years leading enterprise-level digital transformation or website redesign projects.

Proven experience guiding strategy, user journey planning, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale health, government, or regulated-industry websites.

Familiarity with consumer decision-support tools and healthcare engagement pathways is strongly preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with government contracts.

Background in statewide health insurance exchanges or Medicaid/Medicare digital programs.

Understanding of health equity strategies and inclusive design.

Demonstrated thought leadership in digital health or public benefit access.
