Mandatory Requirements:

7+ years implementing enterprise-grade CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress VIP, SharePoint).

Expertise in CMS configuration, custom component development, back-end integrations in secure environments.

Demonstrated experience with HIPAA-compliant web development and CMS governance.

Strong understanding of:

Secure content workflows, encryption, and user roles.

CMS templates aligned with modular UI components.

API integrations and versioning of component libraries.

CMS migrations from legacy systems.

Technical documentation for security protocols and CMS governance.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with CMS in HIPAA-compliant hosting (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
