Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years developing responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces using React, Vue.js, or similar.

Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise design systems.

Proficiency in semantic, scalable, maintainable CSS.

Skilled in integrating design tools (e.g., Figma) to ensure pixel-perfect results.

Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, ARIA roles, screen reader support, and keyboard accessibility.

Ability to collaborate across UX/UI, CMS, and QA teams.

Experience with front-end performance optimization and cross-device compatibility.
Desirable Qualifications:

Contribution to or management of open-source design system codebases.
