Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years managing large-scale digital website projects (Agile preferred).

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working with leadership in healthcare or regulated sectors.

Experience coordinating phased releases, vendor handoffs, and documentation.

Ability to lead sprint ceremonies (planning, retros, backlog grooming) with a delivery focus.
Desirable Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

Experience managing projects for state/federal agencies, including audit documentation.

Skilled in retrospectives, team velocity tracking, and sprint planning for multi-vendor teams.
