Description
Lume Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in IT project management. This role will oversee ServiceNow implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources. The ideal candidate will have PMP certification, expertise in Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of leading large-scale IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of the ServiceNow professional services engagement.
- Manage:
- Project scope and ensure adherence to the Scope of Work.
- Project schedule and budget.
- Contractor resources, including assignment and allocation.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating iterative Sprints for the configuration of the ServiceNow® platform.
- Conduct weekly and ad hoc meetings with the Client to discuss:
- Project status, schedule, accomplishments.
- Budget and risk management.
- Upcoming work.
- Provide a weekly written project status report.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- PMP Certification (mandatory, no substitutions).
- 7+ years of experience in project management, including:
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Leading technical teams on enterprise projects.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- Helping customers adopt new IT systems.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctorate degree.
- 9+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
