Diane Just has over 30 years of experience with California State government applying her analytical, management, training, consultation and facilitation competencies in a variety of staff and leadership capacities. Ms. Just has managed large statewide social services and cash assistance programs, and has extensive planning, leadership and organizational development experience. Since leaving government service Ms. Just has provided organizational development, training, competency development and coaching services to government agencies.
